About
Brettelberg Condominiums is the only ski-in/ski-out lodging at Sunlight Mountain. Over seventeen months I built and shipped the entire software side of the operation: public booking with live OwnerRez sync, an owner portal, board governance with AI-drafted meeting minutes, a Monte Carlo reserve-fund simulator, a county-scale real-estate intelligence platform, a sweepstakes engine, and a 47-section admin back office. One author, three repositories, 4,878 commits.
