I rebuild the websites of businesses that have not asked yet — 4 so far — put them on live links, and send one email each. One of them went from an empty directory to a live product in four days.
Case study: Rebuilds →Jun 2022 - Present · Glenwood Springs, CO
I run a 26-unit condominium and short-term rental, ski-in/ski-out at Sunlight Mountain, and I built its entire software side: guests, owners, governance, staff and realtors on one data model.

Quickbase solution architecture for enterprise clients with $8B+ in revenue. On my first day I found the project I wanted: VMware needed an international financial accrual process, in a corporate environment that prohibited running arbitrary executables.
Jan 2012 - Jul 2013
Part of the PMO TIGER Team as the company scaled from $50M to $450M in revenue on a $500M AT&T contract. I built Wesbase — the platform the program ran on — and hired and led the eight-person team behind it.

Joined as a prepress technician in a facility turning 300-500 unique orders a day into work for 10+ offset press lines in Colorado and 20+ more in Tempe, Arizona. Wrote software to automate the job I was doing; left four years and four months later as CIO over three states, leading a team of 8.

Two years of prepress production.

First paid engineering work, at fifteen. I rebuilt their chat server on hybrid-ircd, then built a trivia game on top of it — and when the regulars memorised all the questions, I turned the players into the supply side: user-submitted questions, reviewed before entering play, earning the submitter a royalty in the site's points every time their question came up.
