About
xyzind is the repository for XYZ Industries, the company that holds my product brands. Half of it is the entity-structure work; the other half is xyzOS, a Next.js operator console rendered as a windowed desktop, packaged in three ownership tiers so that any single brand can be sold with a standalone instance and no central service reachable. The central host composes xyzdisc, xyzski and Ski With Your Friends from one roster file. A boundary checker over four package roots enforces which tier may import which.
A Program suite tracks the launch plan for the brands with gates, weekly burn-down and dry-run agent transmits that rehearse every step and stop before the side effect. Production ships zero-env and fails closed; the console and worker run as systemd user units on a persistent host, because serverless has no disk.
