About
Ski With Your Friends takes the Skiride engine and adds other people. A Node relay fans out client-authoritative poses at 20 Hz to lobbies of eight; remote skiers are ghosts that never touch your physics. Chat crosses browsers, and LiveKit voice fades with distance on the mountain. The account and billing backend was hardened in 33 commits over two days: durable checkout reservations, refund allocations, subscription reconciliation, account closure, weekly reports with immutable revisions.
The brand was extracted from the xyzski monorepo at a pinned commit with byte-pinned migration hashes and a guard that refuses to run until a legacy billing inventory exists. Production runs in zero-secret mode: no credentials in the deployment, every gated surface fails closed, and the free Sunlight run is open to anyone. Desktop and mobile shells are generated from a manifest.
