About
A production microservice I built as Executive Director of Brettelberg Condominiums, bridging the main web app to Slack for daily operations. Maintenance requests and incident reports trigger rich Block Kit notifications with inline action buttons (acknowledge, assign, resolve, escalate). Slash commands and a Home Tab dashboard provide at-a-glance stats. Production-hardened as a systemd unit with memory/CPU limits, filesystem sandboxing, and auto-restart.
